Pınar Yıldız Aydoğan is graduated from İzmir Saint Joseph French High School in 2001 and from Istanbul Bilgi University Law Faculty in 2005. She completed her internship at Ismen Law Firm and worked at İsmen and Esin& Ismen Law Firms mostly serving to international clients. Following almost five years practice she was awarded Jean Monnet European Union scholarship, and she went to London, UK to pursue her LL.M at Queen Mary University of London. During her masters, she took mainly Company Law and Banking & Finance courses. She also attended various seminars in London related to European Union Commercial Law legislation. Pınar wrote her master thesis in 2010 namely “European Directive on Takeover Bids; Mandatory Provisions and their implications for Turkish Capital Markets.” and completed her LL.M degree with Merits. Pınar worked at Charles Russel LLP in London for a short period. She was mostly involved in Employment Law related matters during her experience at Charles Russell. After she comes back to Turkey, Pınar worked at Kinstellar Istanbul office, an international law firm established following spin-off from Linklaters Eastern European offices. She worked for Kinstellar from 2010 until 2015. In 2015, she established her own law firm, MU LEGAL.
Pınar having over 16 years of experience now, specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, commercial contracts and employment law. Throughout his career, Pınar advised a wide range of clients including Turkish and multinational companies, banks, private equity houses, insurance, energy and technology companies and individuals.
Pınar is an expert mediator accredited with the Mediators Registry of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkiye. Pınar YILDIZ AYDOĞAN is authorized to carry out all mandatory and voluntary mediation activities. Pınar mainly deals with problems arising from real estate law, such as lease disputes, partnership dissolution cases, pre-emption cases, retaliation cases, title deed cancellation and registration cases, disputes regarding property sharing in inheritance and inheritor collusion, disputes arising from condominium ownership and construction contracts. She also carries out mediation activities in areas of disputes arising from agricultural production contracts. Pınar speaks Turkish, English and French.
